Vertex AI Apps Script Enterprise Security

July 2021 – Jan 2023

Spearheaded automation for an enterprise customer with 110,000 seats using Apps Script (Admin API, Gmail API) to off-board BetterCloud, resulting in ~£500k in savings.
Executed massive-scale user migrations from Office 365 to Google Workspace utilizing Cloud Migrator and Google DMS services.
Provided L3 technical expertise for core products (Gmail, Drive, Vault) and eradicated process errors through IT automation.

Nov 2019 – July 2021

Worked closely with the Google Engineering team on GCPW testing and go-live, directly influencing product implementations.
Started as an IT Analyst and was promoted to Technical Lead within just 8 months by actively converting man-driven processes to system-driven approaches.
Developed critical Business Process Automations using HTML, CSS, and Apps Script (automated user suspensions, quota notifications, etc.).

March 2016 – Nov 2019

Drove pre-sales, POCs, and deployment activities for both SMB and large business enterprise customers.
Successfully performed data migration of over 1,200 users from Office 365 to Google Workspace for a SEA-based hospitality firm.
Managed on-site customer relationships and engineered hybrid scenario environments including Split Delivery, External DLP, and GCDS.
