About

A simple task like downloading users from the Google Admin console™ can involve a lot of unnecessary clicks and steps. This Add-on allows you to bypass the console entirely and extract directory data straight into Google Sheets.

You can choose to download users with all organizational information, or limit the export to specific essential data only. The choice is yours!

How to Install?

One-Time Setup

  1. Go to sheets.new and login with your corporate email id.
  2. From the menu above, click on Extensions (or Add-ons) > Get add-ons.
  3. Search for User Info.
  4. Click on Individual Install / Domain Install > Click on Continue.
  5. Click on Allow to grant necessary permissions.

How to Use It?

Post-Installation Steps

  1. Re-load the same sheet where you have installed the Add-on.
  2. Go to Extensions > User Info > Get User Info > Download All user.
  3. All users will securely populate into your sheet in the next few minutes.

Note: You can reuse the exact same Google Sheet for future downloads without repeating the setup.
